I just crawled out of bed, out from underneath our feather duvet and two cats. That was tough. Now I'm sitting at the desk with two cats.

Peter and I just finished 3 days of family events. We had a nice time, but dude, that's a lot of family - especially considering none of it is mine! The only downside was the occasional lifestyle lecture (kids, religion, home ownership).

I'm pleased to have more donations to add to my charity:water fundraiser, and I received a few little gifts too. Honestly - I don't feel like I missed out at all and I can't wait to upload the moolah to the fundraising page and see the new total! I rather enjoyed the less-commercial focus of Christmas that resulted from this.

I'm off to go out into the world - picking up a new pair of glasses! Then some knitting, I think. ;)
